We have tenants who expressed their desire to stay at Ashley Terrace and we are trying to accommodate them by designating their units as "investor units." These residents have been with us at Ashley Terrace for a significant period of time and have proven to be excellent tenants who pay promptly and maintain their property. We have developed a plan for investors by waiving management fees, HOA dues and guaranteeing a fixed rent for a period of 24 months with the use of our approved lenders.
